Delivery and shipping
Delivery time is about 1-4 working days with in Sweden and  2-7 days within Europe, depending on your country of residence. We use DHL and PostNord as our logistics provider, for specific delivery time, please visit their website. Notification of any deviations from the normal delivery time or your order will be sent via a separate email, you have the right to waive or change your order if any discrepancy occur. Should any of the products you ordered have a significantly longer delivery time than other products on your order, we may in some cases split your order.
 

Order
When you place an order on our online store, our system will automatically send out an order confirmation to your e-mail.  Please read the order confirmation carefully when you receive it, and check if the order confirmation matches the your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order or parts of it if the product you ordered has sold out or has other defects.


Right of return and right of withdrawal

You have the right to a 14-day right of withdrawal and exchange right after you have received your order, this applies to all items in our range. When you return an item to us, you as the customer are responsible for returning the goods, it is important that you pack the item carefully so that the item or the original packaging is not damaged, we will not approve goods if the original packaging is damaged. If you as a customer have handled the product to a greater extent than necessary to determine properties and / or function, Nomali has the right to charge compensation for the depreciation of the product. 

You can always cancel or change your order, as long as the order has not already been sent. To cancel / change your order, contact customer service via our email address ([email protected]) before the order is sent. If your order has already been sent, you need to pick up the package and then return the package to avoid any costs.


Refund
When you return as been approved, the fund will be credited back to you within 14 days to the payment method you used for the purchase, If you have paid for the order with a credit card, we will refund the money to the card. 

If you have chosen the payment method Klarna invoice, you should report return to Klarna in their app or to their customer service. Then your invoice will be paused until we have handled your return. It will then be credited if you return the entire order. If you returned parts of the order, a new and updated invoice will be sent out instead to your email address. Refund of received and approved return takes place within 14 days.

Reservation

We reserve the right to cancel orders, regardless of whether it concerns errors such as stock balance, price, technical problems or mass orders.  We also reserve the right to delays and final sales.
